New for 2007-08 Hunting Season!!
Starting this year, nearly all Water Supply hunting areas are open for small game, turkey, and bear. Deer hunting continues as permitted by State regulations.
2007-2008 hunting season runs from the beginning of squirrel season on September 1, 2007 to the close of spring turkey season on May 31, 2008.
Some areas have special restrictions due to safety concerns. To obtain your Hunting Tag visit recreation@dep.nyc.gov
